How keys are held, what can be spent, and who can authorise what.
Your key is encrypted
Private keys are sealed with industry-standard encryption in a dedicated vault. The key exists in the clear only inside the signer, for the moment it signs.
Signing is walled off
The service that signs is separate from the service that serves this website. A problem with one cannot reach into the other.
You set the limits
Every mint carries the maximum price and network fee you chose. Those are enforced on every send, not just suggested.
You approve sensitive actions
Exporting a key, cancelling a task or changing security settings needs a signature from your linked wallet or a passkey. Only you can produce one.
No passwords to leak
You sign in with Discord, so there is no Zyper Cloud password to be guessed, reused or stolen. Sessions are protected with signed, tamper-proof tokens.
You stay in the loop
Every mint, failure, export and sign-in from a new device is reported to the console and to your Discord DMs.
Good to know. Because Zyper Cloud mints for you, it does hold and sign with the keys you add. Treat every wallet here as a burner: fund it with what you intend to spend, and keep your long-term holdings elsewhere.

Which blockchains can I use?
Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain. Everything you can mint, distribute or consolidate runs on one of those three.
How do I add money to a wallet?
Send ETH to the wallet's address from an exchange, MetaMask or wherever you keep your crypto. Every address is on the Wallets page, with a copy button and a QR code.
Is my wallet safe with you?
Your private key is encrypted with strong, industry-standard encryption and kept in a locked, dedicated vault. It is never shown on the website or stored in your browser. To mint for you automatically the system does store and sign with that key, so use a dedicated burner wallet and keep only the funds you plan to spend in it.
Could the bot spend my whole wallet?
No. You set the price and the network fee for every mint and those are treated as hard limits. Nothing is spent beyond what you authorised, even if prices spike during a busy drop. A mint that would cost more than you allowed simply does not go through.
Do you ever hold my funds?
No. Your ETH stays in your own wallet the entire time. Zyper Cloud only signs and submits the transactions you scheduled. It never moves your money anywhere else, and there is no account balance to top up.
How does it mint so fast?
The transaction is prepared before the sale even opens, then submitted the instant minting goes live. By hand you would usually be a few seconds too late on a popular drop.
What if I want to leave or take my key with me?
You are never locked in. You can export a wallet's private key whenever you want. For your protection, exporting requires you to prove it is really you by signing with your linked wallet, has a short safety waiting period, and is reported to you when it happens.
Will you ever ask for my seed phrase?
Never. Zyper will never ask for your 12- or 24-word seed phrase, by email, in Discord, or anywhere in the app. Anyone who does is trying to scam you. Walk away.
Where can I mint from?
OpenSea and Transient Labs drops today, with more launchpads on the way based on what the community asks for.
Can I change my mind and cancel?
Yes. Any scheduled mint can be cancelled from the console, or from Discord, at any time before it fires.
What if something goes wrong?
If a mint does not go through, you get a notification explaining what happened. Usually the collection sold out, the wallet did not have enough funds, or the network was too busy at your fee ceiling.
How much does Zyper Cloud cost?
Zyper Cloud is a membership. You pay a flat recurring price for access and mint as much as you want, with no per-mint charge. Network fees for on-chain transactions still apply as usual.

It is the account that already holds your Zyper access, there is no new password to remember, and it is where you get pinged about your mints.
